Our curriculum focuses on safe progressions that require active problem solving. This combination keeps students safe, competent, and engaged as they begin building a foundation of capable movement.

Whether your Teen is an experienced athlete, or if this is their first sport, our curriculum is tailored to keep them focused, challenged, and engaged.

Adult: Ages 16+

We Coach an incredibly wide array of Adults. If you’re looking to make any improvement in balance, mobility, strength, or coordination, we can help. Some of our Adults focus on intense dynamic movement, and we help them cultivate skill, sustainability and risk assessment.

Other Adults come in to work on their flow and low impact skills, while cultivating mobility and balance. From 16-60, our athletes flourish and have fun.

Family Class

We offer class for the whole family!

Train with your kids!  Or have them show you what they have learned.  Bond with your kids!  Show them what you can do!

 

Parents should also be working on their balance, coordination, and core strength.
